About Emily

Emily is a 200hr RYT and Holy Fire® Reiki master practitioner and recently began her online yoga and reiki journey. Over the past several years she has been on a health and wellness journey. Emily spends a lot of time outdoors, running and hiking long distances for both mind and body benefits. Yoga and Reiki have become a great balance for her fitness, healing and wellbeing practices and she would love to share them with you!
